    I have a car job....and a car with two cup holders. I just upped to two larger water bottles for a total of 7 cups while in the car. I drink a cup before I leave in the morning and by the time I get home, I can drink as much or little as I want. I do believe it is variable but trying to be at 8-10 cups a day works for me. Of course, at every stop my first visit is to the bathroom!
