i have been doing myfitness pal for 24 days now. My have lost about 3 pounds but don't feel it at all. I also feel like 3 lbs is nothing for almost a month. I workout almost everyday too.

You are right on target...what's the rush?

Seriously, 3lbs is more than you lost at the beginning. 1lb/week is really a good rate of loss.

And you won't feel it until you've gotten 10lbs off. Keep going so you CAN feel it...

3lbs is also 15% of your weight loss goal ...the less you have to lose the longer it takes. Keep at it!

That's actually not bad for the first month. If you weren't working out before you joined, then you are likely experiencing some water retention. You may see your weight loss pick up a bit in the next week or so.

Looking at your diary, most of your food is measured. you are probably not very accurate with your calorie counts. You will be much more accurate if you weigh all of your solid food. Buy a good food scale and weigh ALL of your solid food, and measure all of your liquids. Measuring solids can lead you to be way off on calories, and you could be eating more calories than you think, so you are probably eating closer to maintenance level than at a deficit.
