My name is Ellen and I run 4 to 5 times a week. I also incorporate some strength training into my routine. I am also pressing myself to run faster and longer. However, my diet is not quite right. I have used MyFitnessPal off and on. However, this time I want to stick with it. I weighed 149 pounds 2 years ago and I have been going back and forth between 155 and 165. I am not immensely overweight. Many do not believe me when I tell them my weight. I would feel great if I made it down to 145. I felt great when I was in the 140 range. I am going to try to stick with MyFitnessPal. I know I can do much better if I start limiting the things I eat.
