Recovering from a Bad Night

Last night I had a bad night and did not eat well at ALL. I didn't get to the gym because I had to go into work early. It seemed that as soon as my day's plan is messed up then I fall apart all over. I need to get focused and let go of the bad day. I need to remember what my goals are and move toward them. I cannot let my "crazy" brain take over and make me forget what I really want out of life, and that is NOT food. No food will ever make me as happy as being healthy and happy.

I didn't do so well myself last night. I gave in to indulgence when I didn't need to eat. We just have to start new everyday, reminded that yesterday is in the past and mistakes happen but today can be different.0

You have the right attitude. Learn from it and move on. It's all we can do.0
