Getting Back on the Wagon

Hey all, I was doing really great for about three weeks, then fell off the wagon. I've been off for about two weeks now, and while I haven't been eating badly enough to gain any weight, I haven't lost weight either.
I was curious to know how you deal with these little setbacks?
I have some new motivation, as I recently began waist training (not for weight-loss reasons, I genuinely enjoy the feeling of being in a corset, and it's doing wonders for my poor posture and back problems), which requires me to eat a fiber rich diet and avoid large meals and fattening foods (they can clog up your digest system a lot worse than they normally do, when you're wearing a corset).
