Anyone out there discovering the connection between what you do (or don't do) and how that makes you feel as a result? Would love to learn what others are discovering about themselves and how their actions contribute to how they feel as we embark on this journey together.

Since I have cleaned up my act with food I rarely eat fast food or drink soda and when I do...its great when I am eating or drinking it but then within 15 minutes I am sick to my stomach...so each time I try to eat it its longer till I try again....maybe ill quit it forever who knows. When I have a day of rest...I miss my gym. I used to be wracked with guilt for missing the gym and eating lousy food that has passed. I guess my values have changed.0
