Ladies eating under 1700 calories, what is your protein intake (grams)?

    I do 1 gram of protein for each lb of body weight so usually its 115g but sometimes I'll go over as I'm so used to eating high protein meals.

    It's set for 105 but i rarely get more than 80-90.
