essential oils

my daughter's dance instructor has recently started using essentials oils for menstrual cramps or headaches, etc.
the lady who "mixes" her oils also has some for weight loss. i am going to an "oil party" next week. has anyone heard of this, and has anyone tried it? just curious. i think i will definitely be buying some of the headache oils. :smile:

    Only oil party I ever went to involved bikini clad women. LOL @ this helping anyone lose weight.

    Replace "essential" with "snake" and you have your answer.
