Shedding the pounds

Hi guys! I'm a high school student, and over the past two years I've gained 25lbs. I eat when stressed and with high school comes a lot of stress. I now need to lose the 25lbs and would really appreciate some motivation and inspiration!!

    Hi Angel..I have a granddaughter in high school and the best advice I can give, that I have learned through experience, is eat the way you are going to eat the rest of your life. When you gain weight and lose weight your weight gets higher everytime you gain it back. Eat your three meals a day without snacking. I know that is not what they are saying now, but I have trouble with the snacking all day. I think that is why I gained weight this time. Just make healthy food choices. Eat natural foods, vegetables, fruits, nuts, lean meats most and stay away from a lot of processed food. Be sure to stay in your calorie range and exercise. Hope this helps.
