My work schedule has been 3:30pm to 12Midnight. I usually eat breakfast at 1-2am then go to bed. Then I don't eat again until 7pm-7:30pm when I go to "lunch break" or what I call "dinner break". What gets me, is that I'm extremely hungry right before bed, but I'm not all that hungry during my day at work. If I didn't eat at 2am when I consider it my new day, I wouldn't even come close to my daily calorie intake. I'm fixing to go to day shift next week and I'm paranoid. Any suggestions?

Snack throughout the work day. You're not realizing you're hungry at work because you're occupied otherwise, then when you're nit distracted by work anymore it kicks in.0
