169 lbs to 130 lbs❤️ Advice?

I weighed 195 Sept 15. I'm down to 169. I eat mainly fats and protein. I'm disabled so I can't move too much. I gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I was 163 lbs. I'm trying my hardest to restrict my calories but am a little past what my calorie intake should be. Besides physical exercise, how can I stay within the daily goal calories? Yes, it has been possible to lose weight just by eating extremely healthy without working out. Any advice? I've been in the 160's for several weeks now.

    A food scale would be a great investment. Accuracy in your logging gets more and more important the more weight you lose.

    Also be sure to adjust your calorie goals as your weight goes down. Your TDEE will go down as your weight goes down.

    What does MFP say your calories should be?... Choose sedentary for your activity level and go from there.

    I am in in similar position as you are weight wise- started 176, current 146, goal 130. Try sticking to your calories, but increasing your protein- at least 25% of your calories from protein.

    Also, I'm not sure of your disability, but I am a physical therapist and work with severely disabled children and adults. I have yet to find an individual that can't participate in some form of exercise- even at a low intensity. Have you tried seeing a Physical therapist to assist you in finding a program that fits with your medical needs? PT is covered by most insurances if you have a script from your doctor for it and a qualifying medical condition. Best of luck! You can do it!

    I just started getting treated for narcolepsy. I sleep whenever, wherever, and have constant fatigue and pain in my body. So it limits me from even doing house chores, I'll tell you my calorie intake daily in a min. Thanks
