Trying to loose 15lbs

I would like to loose weight. At least 10-15 lbs. I'm almost 5'6 and weigh 136lbs. Ik it doesnt sound too bad but I don't do much and would like to feel better about myself when I actually do things. :/

    Welcome, and kudos for getting on the wagon, so to speak. Lots of good information around here. If you follow the MFP recommendations you’ll be well on your way. Plus, spring is a great time to start this journey - it’s a lot more fun to go out and be active :smile:

    Ten to fifteen pounds is a very achievable goal. Make sure you are burning more calories than you are consuming. Log everything. Stay dedicated! Good luck!
