I have just bought a soup maker and wonder if any of you can share any healthy low calorie recipes for a soup maker

    It seems to be a blender that also heats. It would probably work for things like cream of asparagus, etc. I would think you could adapt any soup recipe that involves use of a blender. If you google 'soup blender recipe' you'll find lots of possibilities.
