Best tips for ectomorphs?

Let me hear your best tips for someone who's long and lean and has difficulty bulking up any muscle. :) I'm female, if it matters.

I eat well and plenty, do 8-10 reps rather than 15-20 and take as much weight as I physically can without compromising the technique. My workout consists mainly of strength training with free weights, my bodyweight and now kettlebells.
I typically only do cardio to warm up. Other than that, two yoga classes/week.

I know that if you do your reps slowly and controlled, it'll give you a better result, right? I typically go to classes where there are more 2 sec. reps than 4 sec., reps, is a combination OK?

Do you have any other tips/suggestions for a beanpole wanting more shape? :D:D
