First Five Days

im five days into my weight loss and fitness journey and I've lost five pounds. When I arrived at work today I found a cake, cookies and an assortment of candy in the kitchen for Easter. I walked past all of it and made this 395 calorie mid-morning snack to get me fueled up for a trip to the gym in a while. I can do this!t5clayg57bdp.jpg

    Yes - you CAN do it. Good job. The first few days can be a bear - especially if you aren't used to eating well or regularly. Each bite of the unhealthy stuff means more to take off eventually. Don't eat it and you are half way there! Keep it up!

    nice work! The first week is definitely the hardest...BUT with the biggest payoff!
