i have recently lost 29lbs using MFP strict calorie diet with no exercise over 86 days. I decided today I need to start to implement some walking. I have no cartilage in my left knee. I did .5 mile in 30 mins. How does that stand up for first time exercising in a very long time and no cartilage in one knee? If this isn't very good what should my goal be set to achieve? Thanks for any and all feedback

    Your goals should be set to what you can achieve and what you need to achieve based on your calorie goals, stats, etc With a knee issues, do what you can do and keep doing it. Anything to start is better than nothing and is an improvement. Compete with yourself to increase your goals and progress.
