I'm going to try this again

I have used myfitnesspal off and on for quite a while, and the last several months I have not used it diligently. So when I saw my weight start to creep up to 150, I got worried. This time I am really determined to lose the weight, and that is why I am posting on this board. I currently weigh 142 which is down from 148 last week. I worry though that I will gain it back over the weekend. Once I get three drinks in me I don't really care about logging in my calories, it seems to take only one night to redo everything. My goal weight is 130, a weight I have not weighed in a long time. I exercise several times a week and I just want to make it work this time. So this is me I'm 29 weigh 142 and am 5'6.
