I need help finding somthing

I need a calorie count for a Large Mcdonalds coffee with 1 cream 2 sugars. The only one I found on there is 180 Calories. That's not right considering Mcdonalds uses powder creamer now and store powder creamer is usually only 10 cal per tsp.

When the health nuts are using calculators on a fast food giant's website...there are huge problems in this country. Just saying.
