I don't see the point of bustin' my butt 6 days a week working to bring my weight down, only to wipe out 2 or more days of progress. If I wanted to slow my progress I'd rather reduce my daily calorie deficit across the board.
That's just me though. I might increase my deficit for a few days prior to going out, or for a holiday, but I'm hitting my weekly goal, no excuses.0
