Hello my name is Tamme. Im trying to lose weight I do good in the beging and I don't know I just stop. I need motivation. I love to walk and do some light jogging.

    Hi Tamme :) I have a bad history of doing this myself XD However, I've stuck to a plan now for a few weeks now and I don't see myself losing any motivation anytime soon. Here's my process:

    1. Ask yourself: What is the true reason you want to lose weight? Mine was at first to look better for others, but in reality I wanted to look better for myself and feel myself feeling better.
    2. Make a schedule (even a loose one): Make a battle plan of how you plan to lose weight including your diet and workout plans. Mine is to drink at least two cups of tea a day, play Zumba on my Xbox, and go running when I can.
    3. Write it down!: Whether it's your workout schedule, diet plan, or reasons to get up in the morning and no succeed, writing it down will engrave it not only in your mind, but your will power.
    4. Remind yourself of how awesome you are: After a challenging workout or balanced meal, consider giving yourself a pat on the back, fist bump, high-five, hug, or kiss in the mirror to remind yourself of how AWESOME you are and will be. Mindset is everything!!!
