I am 65. I am 30-50 lbs overweight but miraculously healthy with good "numbers." I have been a regular exerciser for a long time. I eat pretty healthy. Just WAY TOO MUCH. I lost almost 30 lbs in 2008 or so. Gained 20 back and maintained for last few years. But I really want to be at a more healthy weight so my numbers stay good and I stay active. I converted to low-carb last summer and feel better. Now I am trying to reduce sugar and processed food. My first goal is to report and stay focused on eating within my calories for 90 days. I started March 30. I would be very happy to lose 20 lbs by June 30.
