Daily water intake

Good morning!

I am curious to get your opinions on water intake throughout the day. I drink a LOT of water. I have a hydroflask that i always have with me and am constantly emptying and refilling. I just recently upgraded to the 40 oz version to lessen my trips to the water cooler but it got me thinking, its 9:15am and i'm already 40 oz of water down and will probably have 3 more of these before we cut out early for good friday. So that'll be 120 oz of water before i go home and run.

i went for a light walk this morning and plan on running 5+ miles tonight, so that will be even more. I'll easily be at 200 oz of water before the day is over. That seems like a lot and i'm getting conflicting results when i check on the ol' google machine.

How much water do you guys take in and is it possible to have too much?
