hi, I'm new to MFP and am working towards living an active and healthy lifestyle. I lost sight of the activities that I used to love and got bogged down in life these last few years. What do you do to keep the spark alive? Tips on dealing with the stress of daily grind and making time for the truly important things are much welcomed.
