Tracking circumferences (chest, waist, hips, thig...) , body fat %, Somatotype, vo2max ..... numbers

Wondering if in addition to weight if anyone is tracking the changes to their circumferences (chest, waist, hips, thigh, upper arm, calf, neck.....), body fat %, Somatotype score, vo2max ..... ? As they're probably a better indication of a tangible improvement in fitness / well being than simply a change, either way, of a few pounds.

If you are, are these your primary targets / goals eg. losing 4" off the waist, upping your VO2max score by 5, or a side goal ?

Also are you using any specific App's to track these changes, MFP allows you to define custom goals, and manually enter a change in say your waist (see below), but I'm wondering if you've opted for anything custom eg. Biometrics
