Not hungry

I've started working out at least 3 days a week in combination with my active job.
Normally people would describe me as a "foodie" since I love to cook and eat!
Lately I'm lucky to consume 500 calories a day and still feel full all day.
It seems like I've completely lost my appetite for any food.
This can't be healthy but is this normal when you live an active lifestyle?

I don't think anyone would agree 500 calories is normal. But I know what you're meaning. Try sneaking in stuff like butter, coconut oil, nuts for snacks (just a little here and there) to help bump up your calories without eating more. I've seen many people say they're usually more hungry.0
