low carb breakfast or snacks?

I am usually not hungry in the morning so I grab a breakfast bar. They seem to have a lot of carbs. What do u eat on the go?

    Grab a Greek yogurt (plain), boiled egg or string cheese. I love egg white scrambles with meat & cheese, sometimes in a wrap, but they take a couple of minutes to make, I don't know how "on the go" you want to be.

    I made some low carb muffins off the Atkins web site - it said the recipe was 6 but I got 12 from it.

    Turkey and Cheese wrapped in lettuce
    Jerky
    Diced chicken mixed with tomato and onion
    Omelette
    Tuna with chopped onion and dash of mustard
