Looking for motivation!

Hi all! My goal is to lose about 15 pounds and in the process get a better body, feel healthy, and have better muscle endurance.

So far I have been able to drop a few pounds by cutting calories, eating better, and only drinking water. (A lot of water!!)

I would love to put on a good bit of muscle too but am having a hard time getting motivated to work out beyond a few sets and a run of push-ups. Wondering what everyone does to get, and stay, motivated to reach your goals.
