    Even without this information, I'm going to go out on a limb and say you should be working a full-body free weight program to help you feel happier with your physique.

    Um. Use the numbers MFP gives you for gaining weight and lift weights? Unless you're a newbie (I'll assume you are) in which case lift weights at maintenance for 6 months.
