so there I was at the gym one afternoon after work. This little man was running balls to the wall on the treadmill. He was doing great for awhile, I looked up to watch the news and hear a horrible crash. Next thing I know, Speedy Gonzales is flying off the machine. Apparently the treadmill couldn't keep up with him! :o)

    That happened to me one time... I had taken a supplement called Amp, which I am sure is meth or crack maybe.. anyways, yep.. face planted right on the treadmill. I left right after. It was awful lol.
