Hi,
I've recently returned to MFP after over a year. I had a baby 6 weeks ago and it's time to start losing the weight I've put on.
I set my settings to sedentary because I work a desk job and haven't gotten into a routine yet - though I intend to work out 5-6 days a week.
I also just started using the jawbone wrist band......my question is - should I log the steps/miles my jawbone gives me as exercise or not????

Enable negative calorie adjustments and it automatically syncs with MFP. Log exercise through your Jawbone.0
