I need to do something about my weight. I am so unhappy. over the last 5 years I have gained 12kg mostly through eating rubbish when sad or stressed (usually because of work) and losing the desire to hit the gym - which I always enjoy when I am there. I struggle keeping motivated especially when stressed from work as I am an emotional eater which I recognise. Today I finally accepted I may need some help with an app or something because my willpower is at an all time low
Oh but hey I did go back to the gym this week for 45 mins so its a start. Anyway, I am here, thanks for having me
