Was burned out from years of working out everyday in the Army. After a few years as a civilian it's time to get back in shape.

I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds and get back to running 5 miles in under 40 minutes.0

I feel you. After 4 years being out of the Marines, I am finally trying to get back in shape. It helps that my wife is in the Navy now and she wants to run but after running 3 miles everyday, I haven't even tried to run until today and it made me realize how much it sucks.0
