using a tread mill

I have been logging my treadmill activity under walking 2.0/hr. There is a category for incline/treadmill/ should I uses this for my treadmill activity.

    No. Exercise machines tend to overestimate how many calories you burn. You should exercise as much as you can to help burn off those calories, but more important is counting calories accurately using a scale.
