Type 1 Diabetic with 100+ to drop

Hello,
My name is Candace. I am 28 medium build and hit my highest weight ever at 270. I have always struggled but the last 2 years I have put on 80 of that 270. I am a type 1 diabetic and struggle with highs and lows. I did my grocery shopping today and bought mostly all fresh meats, fruit and veggies. I am trying to do the low carb yet heart healthy thing as best I can. I know I have failed in the past and let my cravings win. I cant let that keep happening. I feel like I have no control over something I should have full control over. I just want to feel and be healthy. Any advice, tips, tricks or just a friendly hi is more then appreciated. I am here to make it work!

    Hello, well just try to be strong, I know you have the will power to do it. Stay away from sweets, if you really need something eat one or two strawberries a day when the craving hits you the most...... and drink lots of water, every time you see water drink it lol. Good luck friend!
