Whats the best on to use? I have FiTbit w/o and feel it completely overestimate my calories burned.

    One that allows you to enter your personal aerobic fitness (VO2max) - I use a Polar F6 but that's probably obsolete. Find the manual online of one you fancy and check out the detail.

    I have a Fitbit Charge HR...I too know its giving me far too many......but it will always overestimate...so in my head I can still work out what my TDEE is and go from there.....
