Because I am somewhat sedentary most of the day, I set MFP to that. But, defining what "sedentary" is actually, I'm still not sure. I have a calorie goal of 1200/day, but I am now walking (brisk) 2 hours/day and MFP gives me more calories to consume. I am in no hurry to drop the extra pounds. I ate up to 1500 yesterday with still 190 left from exercise. 1314 today (left over fruit, from today I'm having tomorrow w/o adding to my diary, 'cause they are accounted for today). I've lost (last time I weighed 5 days ago) 8 Lbs total since the 16th of February. I feel i've lost more, but am not going to weigh again till next week. I'm 47, 5, 5" tall and 155 last I weighed. Who here has my stats and what are your calorie goals? Also, how it's working for you. I don't want to go too low or high, so I'm still adjusting. This eating back some exercise calories thing still confuses me a bit. Anyway, I'm still learning how to do this right, for me that is. And my husband making popcorn and me smelling it is un-nerving...grrrrr

Oh and I still have 421 calories remaining from exercise for today. Still trying to figure out how many of those earned calories I should eat for future days and still keep shedding the excess lbs.
