Yea. Definitely had a rude awakening when I couldn't fit my "fat jeans." How could this be? I'm a coach, I can't be a coach and weigh 190lbs.This is ridiculous. But-- I'm now starting my journey to live a healthier lifestyle. Plus I wanna look good and be able to dance without feeling like I'm about to die.
