The last three days I've been so hungry! I am usually so good at eating clean ect but my body is craving sugar. I just want to eat everything bad in the cupboards! (Husbands cupboards) - which is making me feel bad for wanting it!!!

Also my body has been craving salt. Just pure salt. I have been wetting my fnger and covering it in salt for satisfaction! Why do I crave salt ??

Go eat about 30$ worth of McDonald's throughout the day, by night time you'll be over it and ready to quit the **** and eat right again

    this

if you're craving sugar, maybe you're not getting enough carbohydrate. Maybe you've been more active just lately and haven't realised it. If you don't want to eat junk then eat healthy carbs.

Re craving salt, your body needs salt and you can actually die from having too little salt in your body. Salt is demonised because too much salt in your system is very bad for you, but you need *some*. So if you're craving salt, eat something salty. If you're sweating more for any reason (more exercise, hotter climate, etc) then you'll also need to take in more salt, so maybe you're craving salt all of a sudden because you're sweating more.

Lol- are you PMSing? That's exactly my pattern of behavior, month after month. I give in a little to some cravings, and then let it go.

That typically happens when going to the extreme.
