What to do with egg yolks!?

I'm always baking recipes that only require egg whites, or I sometimes use them on my face (This isn't weird - I swear! :laugh: )
Anyway, I feel horrible just throwing out the yolk....all that delicious good fat :cry: SO does anyone know what I can do with them? Recipes that involve only egg yolk - or more egg yolk than egg white?? Or even just other ideas like "it's good for your dogs coat!" (my mum told me this...but it's pointless now I don't have a dog!)

    I'd have scrambled eggs and use the extra yolk in that :)

    Whip it up as deviled egg filling (mayo, mustard, paprika or whatever) and use it as a spread or dip for something like celery :)

    eat them. I like the idea of using extra yolks in fried egg/omelet/scrambled egg type things. Maybe french toast too.

    I think home made ice cream uses egg yolks.

    You could take all those egg yokes, fill up a small kiddy pool, and bathe to your hearts content ;p

    This is a good idea! I live with my dad who isn't as health-conscious as me, so he'd enjoy this!!

    I eat them...I eat two whole eggs per day. All of the nutrition is in the yolk. If I need egg whites for something, I just buy egg whites.

    Mix them together for deviled eggs without the whites. Use on crackers.

    Oops...just realized they aren't boiled. I'm a goof today. Look up more beauty regimens, egg yolks are fabulous for you.

    I just use the whole egg. 3 egg whites = 1 whole egg.
