Working night shift and working out

anyone here work a 12 hour night shift I usually only work 3-4 days a week but working 12 hours all I wanna do is rest on my days off. I used myfitnesspal before and it's helped it I went from 207 down to 140 then I lost my job and a month later started this night shift and after my first night it was winter ice and snow everywhere I slipped and nearly broke a leg and messed up my knee bad it tools months to fully recover and now here i am back up to 180 I had a rough year or getting hurt lot of bad things going on in life a lot of eating at night at work and drinking . I've stopped drinking trying not to eat as much at work and I've started using wii fit plus to work out but I just can't get motivated to acutually get up and do it when I'm not working.
