Over 60's and overweight!

hi, anyone else out there who is over 60 and overweight? I am Scottish but have lived in Lincoln England for the past 33 years.

    Welcome. There is a thread under motivation and support called Women Ages 50+ for April 2015 that is very active and supportive.

    I was 59-60 years old and 60 pounds overweight. Now I'm 61 and at goal weight and maintaining.

    Welcome. I live in Massachusetts and my neighbor is from Edinburgh. I'm 60 and trying to maintain while recovering from surgery. My goal is to lose 32 more pounds and lower my BF to mid 20s level.
    There is another thread, "55-65 year old women's success", and the mentioned thread by drkatiebug which are open and ongoing group threads.

    Thank you all! I am 67 in June and I still have a few pounds to lose.
