Ocala National Forest-Trails

We are going to Ocala National Forest in a couple of weeks and would like to hike for a couple of hours and end up at one of the springs to snorkel and cool off. Probably looking for a 5-7 mile trail that would start and end at one of the springs. Does anyone know the best trail for this?
