anyone here work food and bev? And if so, how do you exercise after working? After I'm on my feet for 7 hours, my body is just telling me no, but I hate not getting my heart rate up several days in a row. Any advice?

Just do it. I schedule exercise on my calendar just like any other appointment and then I go do it. You need 30 minutes of heart raising activity every day just to be healthy.0

Start easy, walking, maybe light jogging. Even if it's just for 15 minutes. Light strength training. Work your way up to longer and/or harder workouts. It's hard to start when you're on your feet all day. But once you get into a routine you'll find that your legs are stronger and you'll be less tired after a full day of work.
Work out as soon as you get home. Or, start running in the morning. That's how i did it when I was in your situation. 20-30 minutes tops. It did the trick to get me used to it and then I mostly worked out after work. Good luck0
