I challenge you to choose the positive choice

For your getting healthy journey;
Starting Apr 6th I dare you to pick the positive choice for one week.
Meaning, when you are tired from work and you still have your workout to do, your choices are
A.sit on the couch "I earned it"
B. or go do a 10-15 min walk. The positive choice is the walk.
When faced with "I didnt bring my lunch to work today"
A. go eat fastfood and order the largest thing you can (its only 1 cheat)
B. or pick the small grilled chicken wrap no sauce and a side salad. B is the positive choice in this example
Positive thinking can tell the I can'ts Hell yeah I can
Positive thinking can turn off emotional eating
Positive thinking is easy and free
I bet that every positive decision you make for that one week will make you feel stronger and happier and more fullfilled.
No hating yourself for making the wrong decision.
Again I dare you for 1 week to only choose the positive solution.
