I've been working on my health for almost a year now and I've lost a total of 70 pounds. I completely changed my eating habits and started going to the gym. I've been wanting to start running but I don't even know where to begin. Any suggestions or tips anyone? I've worked my *kitten* off for where I am now and I feel invisible!     Looking great! Keep at it, couch 25k is a great running programa if you fancy it - it got me running 5k in 9 weeks, literally from struggling with the initial 60 seconds run to running for 30 minutes and longer.
