Hello! I wanted to introduce myself. I am Amy and my goal weight is 120lbs. I was 150 but I lost weight since Christmas.
I am 29 years old. The reason why that I am on this app is because I wanted help and needed to keep track of what I ate. I was shocked! Talk about a sugar/ salt fanatic!!! I have been eating more fruits and vegetables and I am drinking more water. I used to drink soda like it was water. Yeah, I know. Not good! But this app made me realise how much of a lifestyle change I needed to make. What about you? I am excited to get to know you! Friend me too! The more the merrier.

Soda like water, that describes me perfectly. How were you able to cut out soda?0

I`ve cut down on soda I drink more water now0

I found out that I was craving the fizz. So I would get flavoured carbonated water instead. Sometimes, I do crave soda but it is not as bad as it used to be!

I know what you are dealing with. I crave the carbonation of Red bull! Really having a hard time kicking it.0
