I need suggestions

I would LOVE to be able to wake up and do some sort of workkout in the morning before work. HOWEVER, I am usually stiff, aching (old knees) when I first get up.... does anyone have some suggestions on something mybe a little low key, yet something significant to get some benefit.

    I think you actually might benefit greatly from yoga to increase your flexibility. This could translate into a better day from there and better workouts later. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

    rodney yee has a pretty good am/pm yoga series. maybe you could start with that to help with stiffness and then when you get more mobility in the AM you can move to a different type program

    Option 1 In the morning the body would be stiff,You need to start doing pranayam for 2 weeks then you should do sun salutation,Am sure it would help,

    Option 2 Try doing the workouts in the evening,

    Option 3 Take Hot bath in the morning
    and then do your workout(By taking hot bath your bady would loosen up and it would be easy for you to do workout)
