Favorite exercise?

            im doing kegels too lately, like 150 a day. dont know if its paying off or not; cant "see" progress like other muscles....but oh well i guess nothing bad will come out of it =/
not exactly a "favorite" but its virtually effortless so i guess thats good0 - 
            
I feel like I would be terrible at tennis for that reason. Haha. I still want to try it, though.

There are some tennis courts at the park nearby; I'll try to see if any of my friends would be interested.

            I play tennis too so i'm trying my best to move real fast, i hate it when i can't reach the ball
