It's free, instructional, and for competitive people there's a points system attached to working out to serve as incentive to do something and report it. Despite the emphasis on weight lifting, there are also a number of body-weight challenges to keep things interesting.0 -

I love fitnessblender.com for the workouts and The Great Fitness Experiment for reading material. She's not currently updating that one, but the archives kept me occupied for hours!0
