I want peoples thought on this snack idea I have come up with. It is home-made salsa with low fat sour cream and celery sticks. Here is the breakdown of the salsa:

I like to mix a little peanut butter and a little honey on the stove and heat it enough to combine ingredients. Then, i add slivered almonds, dried cherries and cranberries (yes), oats and granola. Line 9x3 with parchment and flatten into pan, pushing down on the mix to make it smooth with another piece of parchment. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours and then take out and cut into strips. You can add choc chips too if you like. I used dark chocolate before0
